Cartagena Cooking School
About Us
We are a group of chefs who are experts in traditional Cartagena, Colombian and international food. We offer participatory cooking classes, where you can cook typical Colombian dishes and learn about the traditions of the Colombian table and kitchen.
We are located in “La Calle del Estanco del Aguardiente” or “Calle 38” in the Historic Center of Cartagena de Indias, Colombia.
We show you how to cook your own food. With us you will prepare a four course meal that includes two starters, a main course and dessert.
Enjoy your prepared dishes while chatting with your fellow participants and with us. We have 3 different meal options.
Meet Our Chef
Romario Acosta
Chef graduated from SENA, 10 years of experience in cooking, my specialty is Colombian, Peruvian, and Caribbean Fusion food. Currently modeling gastronomic experiences and beverages focused on Colombian culture.
